Inspired by the organic lines and flow of tree branches, the rectangular design of the Umthi (meaning tree in Xhosa) Dining Table is focussed on materials and allows the natural characteristics of the wood to dictate its form.
The Umthi Range is named after the Xhosa word for tree and is inspired by the organic lines and rhythmic flow of tree branches. Each piece in the range centres on the natural characteristics of wood and allows that to dictate the design of each piece.
