It is designed to work with 26" wheels and is overbuilt to last forever. This frame will take more abuse than you can dish out and still weighs in at under 5 pounds. The frame is compatible with forks with 100 to 160mm of travel, has a 73mm threaded bottom bracket, and has a max tire width of 2.5".
